Job title: Operation Manager 
 Reports: General Manager 
Location: Moshi 
Industry: Hotel

Key Responsibilities 
• Maintenance and repair of the hotel building Nafasi za ajira January 2019
• Maintenance and repair of Hotel equipments
• Maintenance of on-premises staff facilities

• Management of security policy and contracts
• Access control management – Guests, visitors, staff, suppliers, vendors etc.)
• Data management and security e.g. CCTV, Schedule backup, footage retrieval, offsite backup etc.
• Remote viewing management Nafasi za kazi January 2019
• Ensure that all vehicles are inspected prior to on-premise parking

• Management of vendor’s contracts.
• Ensure that preventative maintenance process is being implemented to avoid unnecessary repair costs
• Management of vendors SLA
• Ensures that the systems and technology used are constantly upgraded to remain relevant.
• Building strategic relationships with all stakeholders and leverage the matrix organizations to achieve business results

• Vehicle services and repair

• Lawn mowers service
• Management of vehicle maintenance contract

• Ensure that all staff are trained on Fire and First Aid procedure
• Ensure that OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 & legal compliance are fully implemented and maintains

Work Experience and Skills
• Degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management role. \
• Must have excellent verbal skills and be skilled in customer support capabilities.
• Mandatory skills and attributes (e.g. technical, language, vertical, regional knowledge) – Technical, IT, CCTV and procedures.

Location: Dar es Salaam

Key Responsibilities 
• Ensure the required storage conditions are met at all storage locations
• To ensure proper and consistent maintenance of inventory movement records
• To ensure reduction of stock take variances and expiries
• Ensure safe Opening and closing of the warehouse
• To properly verify and document all goods received
• To ensure Timely and accurate distribution of material to end users
• To ensure that expired items are disposed as organization’s policy
• To ensure that surplus and obsolete assets are disposed of as per organization’s specified policy.
• Whenever required, improve processes within the warehouse so as to ensure smooth and safe flow of inventory movement.

Academic qualifications 
• Degree in Material Management or Supply chain from recognized institution. Ajira mpya January 2019

Work Experience 
• At least 4 years experience in a warehouse management.
