Position Overview 
Be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction and to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. Nafasi za kazi 2019 January

• Manage the full process from sourcing the lead, taking measurements, overseeing part of the works with technical teams (not as a project manager but as a CRM) and will see that the client payments are made in a timely manner 

• Lead Generation 
o Source leads through planned initiatives and contribute in sales/activity reviews. 
o Plan and implement initiatives by collaborating with other departments. • Set up meetings with potential clients, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Academic qualifications 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred

Work experience & skills 
• At least Three years experience of Sales in building works Construction. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills required • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques • Stock management – understands the importance of stock management • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Nafasi za kazi January 2019

Job title: Sales Executive 
Location: Dar es Salaam

Role Purpose 
A Sales executive is tasked with responding to enquiries ensures proper flow of office procedures, supports the office directors by carrying out common office duties. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.

Key Responsibilities 
• Achieve agreed monthly sales and productivity Key Performance Indicators. • Receive inbound calls, emails & make outbound calls from all non-direct channels to existing and prospective customers. Including follow-up calls to qualify and close business.
• Collect, generate, and track customer enquiries from prospect through to closure. • Manage sales process: lead/enquiry development, schedule sales bookings, market and sell all product lines, negotiate and close deals with prospective customers. • Accurately and efficiently deal with all sales enquiries in a timely manner, and record notes clearly in all relevant CRM systems. 

• Collaborate with field-based teams to provide great customer service, accuracy, and quality of information. • Proactively cross-sell other Group products and solutions and recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency.
• Manage time efficiently to achieve goals related to phone system usage and Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency. • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Area Sales Managers for further development and closure and Perform effective online demos to prospects. • Any other duties as assigned by line manager.

 Academic qualifications 
• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing & Sales. 

Work Experience 
• Experience of sells in building product is an added advantage. • Experience with Call Centre set ups / Call Handling and having worked in a Call Centre.
