Job Description 
Job title: Receptionist 
Location: Dar es Salaam

Key Responsibilities 
• Answering, screening and transferring incoming calls to relevant personnel. • Managing office calendar and setting up appointments. • Welcoming visitors to the office and listening to their queries. • Maintaining the reception area and ensuring that its clean and organised all the time. • Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring logbook for incoming victors. • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers. • Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems of documents. • Provide excellent customer service. • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning. 

Work Experience and Skills 
• 2+ years’ experience as a receptionist • Experience working in IT companies will be an added advantage • Good communication and organizing Skills
• proficiency in Microsoft office package • Telephone Handling Skills
