Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose
The role holder will provide advice and guidance on sourcing strategies demonstrating a good understanding of the banking industry, current and developing market trend and is responsible for the development of the recruitment team as well as developing and refining processes, policy and procedures, increasing the overall value added by the team members.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, Psychology, HR
Masters’ degree in the related field /HR Certification will be an added advantage.
5+ years’ working experience in HR department preferably managing a recruitment function.



Senior Manager; Banc Assurance

Banc Assurance Senior Manager is responsible for formulating sound and appropriate policies and procedures that will stimulate Insurance Agency Business in the bank to ensure service efficiency and cost effective insurance products are provided to customers and to the general public through the bank’s networks.

Qualifications and Experience
An advanced diploma/degree in Business, Accountancy, and Economy, Finance or any other related field.
A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
Any course or training in product development is an added advantage
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Product Development within the Banking Industry.

Job Purpose 
A Relationship Manager is required to help and advice clients, grow Private segment within assigned Branch/Territory. The range and scope of his/her work ranges from helping clients with their account details giving advice on financial investments. He/she is the focal point of sustaining customer satisfaction, Retain existing customers and generate additional business; acquire customers through various sales activities.

Qualifications and Experience
Advanced diploma/Degree in business related studies.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Relationship Management of High-net worth clients.
Previous experience working in Private Banking/ as a private Banker preferred
