Catholic Relief Services (CRS) has worked to improve the lives of the poor and vulnerable in Tanzania for over 50 years. CRS is inviting experienced and qualified citizens of Tanzania to apply for the following posts to support programs improving health services for young children and their caregivers.

Post #1: Administrative Officer, Mbeya

Key Responsibilities: 
Provide required administrative support to the Mbeya Field Office; Supervise drivers/cleaning staff; Manage use/condition of vehicles; Process purchase requests and ensure timely payments; coordinate visits from CRS visitors and staff to Mbeya

Required Education and Experience: Degree in Business Admin./Procurement/Supply chain management/Logistics; Minimum of 3 years work experience in administrative support functions, with increasing responsibility; Experience and proficient skills in MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio); Experience with a local/international NGO a plus.

Required Personal Skills: Good planning, communication, organizational, customer service skills. Required/Desired Foreign Language: Fluent in English and Kiswahili
Required Travel: Approximately 10% travel.

Post #2,3,4: Three Drivers (3), Mbeya

Key Responsibilities:
Drive CRS vehicles to support project activities while adhering to local laws and CRS policies and procedures; Monitor vehicle performance and communicate maintenance and repair needs as well as any damages or accidents; Ensure all vehicle movements are recorded and up-to-date in the vehicle log sheets.

Required Education and Experience: Certificate Motor Vehicle Mechanics Grade II from the National Institute of Transport (NIT) or Vocational Education Training Authority (VETA); Valid driving license Class "C" with accident-free driving records; Knowledge and skills in vehicle driving in other NGO or similar organization, vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Required/Desired Foreign Language: Ability to speak and write in both English and Kiswahili.
