We are looking for a competent Commercial Director to be in charge of the organization's commercial and marketing operations. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company's market and brand presence. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to employ unique commercial and marketing techniques. He/she will be a skilled commercial and marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.

The position will be reporting to the Managing Director.

Duties and Accountabilities;
Develop the country domestic annual sales plan including targets
Meet and exceed volume and revenue targets
Develop and own a strong customer relationship
In charge of Sales execution and customer services as per set standards
RtC strategy execution and aligning to the lllovo RIC strategy
Sales capability development
In charge of country Volume, mix, revenue and discount plan within mandate
In charge of developing a robust Logistics solution to deliver sales excellence at minimal costs.

Develop and Implement the in county Brand Marketing strategy
Supervise the Commercial Department.
Develop and implement promotional events.
Conduct general market research to keep abreast of the trends and competitor's marketing movements
Design and implement comprehensive marketing, sales and distribution strategies.
Develop and execute campaigns for corporate promotions and launching of new product lines.
Develop and implementing pricing strategies to in line with creating a trusted premium brand while balancing customer satisfaction.
Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
Preparing, implementing and monitoring of detailed annual sales and distribution plans and related financial budgets.
In charge of demand planning as an input towards Sales and operational planning in conjunction with finance and production teams.

Manning Specifications:
Master's degree in business, marketing, communication or related field
Proven experience working at a senior management level in commercial operations
Effective time management skills
Good interactive/interpersonal skills, confident and self assured with ability to engage with all levels of management.
Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
Proven business/commercial acumen with broad understanding of a manufacturing and logistics operating environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to details and creative thinking
A proven track record in Sales leadership from any FMCG company or related industry for not less than 10 years
High competence in Project and stakeholder management.
Highly developed facilitation and presentation skills,
Sound leadership and management skills with change management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
