Product Manager

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining new product lines to internal and external customers in an engaging, functional way. The Product Manager will work creatively and pragmatically to conserve resources and engage the product line’s potential audience. Knowledge of key product and project management skills are important in this role.
Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas

You work with business unit stakeholders to determine a product roadmap - including features and functionalities to meet that product roadmap.
You write specific product requirements for our developers and work with them to assure that the features are delivered as requested by the business units.
You help manage the communication between developers and the different business and regional departments.
You assure that design / layout, features, workflows and business processes deliver the expected business benefit.
You conduct periodical trainings and make sure that your product’s users are aware and in acceptance of new roll-outs.
The product manager / owner must have an extremely hands-on attitude – the product owner must be willing and able to "dive deep" into the inner works of the business and become a functional expert in it.
Knowledge/Skills & Experience
You have a 3-5 years of product management or project management experience developing web-based products.
You are diligent, detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and release the features / requests rapidly.
You have an understanding of the logistics and operations industry (i.e.: Fleet Management and/or Fleet Maintenance systems).
You know how to lead and define a Product roadmap and ensure thorough project management in order to meet your deliverables.
Understanding of the Agile approach to project planning and application development.
Passionate about building and managing web-based platforms.
Though this is not a programming role, the candidate should have a basic understanding of web technologies and programming languages (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL/NoSQL).  Experience with AWS is a big plus.

Job brief
We are looking for a qualified IT Technician that will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. You will also “train” users of the systems to make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure.
A successful IT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assistance in technical design, planning, implementation, performance-tuning and maintenance of critical enterprise systems (SAP)
Assistance in installation and configuration of network devices (e.g.: routers, access points)
Maintenance of company e-mail system and accounts
Maintenance of all ICT equipment used by employees in the course of their duties
Diagnosis of problems affecting ICT equipment and/or Internet connectivity
Follow-up and supervision of third-party service-providers when they are onsite.

The Finance Manager reports directly to the Group Finance Lead and is responsible for managing the full finance function of the Group’s Services entities in Tanzania, Kenya and Mauritius and consolidation of Mozambique results. Specific roles and responsibilities are listed below.

Manage the company's financial accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Payroll, General Accounting, Taxation and Cost Control;
