Job Title: Senior Marketing Field Executive

Reporting to: l CEO

The  Role
Senior Marketing Field Executive, Regency Medical Centre, Dar es salaam
•Focus on identifying new business opportunities that fit the strategic direction of the Hospital, and maximizing the outcomes of those opportunities
•Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that any directly relevant information is communicated to key stakeholders
•Develop and implement Public Relations Strategies to position the Hospital as a premier health care provider.
•Develop and execute marketing business plans.
•Develop relationships with businesses and community groups to promote the Hospital and Hospital Services
•Develop and/or market new services of the Hospital
•Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and associated documentation
•Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing Team to monitor and analyze hospital media exposure.
•Oversee the development of marketing literature, both electronic and paper based
•Develop, draft and distribute media releases/advertisements that meet the marketing strategy of the Hospital and that comply with set policy guidelines
•Plan and execute events (public awareness campaigns, media and publicity campaigns, staff annual function and social responsibility projects) in coordination with the Marketing Department and the Hospital Directorate
Job Summary

•Work closely with the marketing and global sales teams to understand objectives and priorities.
•Develop market messaging in conjunction with the business units.
•Schedule and manage outbound and inbound marketing activities for the business units.
•Develop content and marketing assets to support the business unit objectives including brochures, posters, white papers, case studies, blogs, videos, etc.
•Create social-marketing programs, increase engagement and dominate our markets social media space.
•Develop campaigns to promote the Spirent public test program through multiple channels.
•Develop creative and compelling campaign content for awareness and lead generation campaigns of hospital.
Bachelor's degree of business administration, marketing or related field from recognized institution. Masters will be preferred.
7 years relevant experience
Related managerial experience in a hospital or similar environment
Proven ability to both lead and work within a marketing team, and to employ both non-traditional and traditional approaches toward problem solving
Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly analytical and detail-oriented.

Job Title:  Senior Phone Operator

Reporting to: Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:

Senior Phone Operator

1.Operates an electronic telephone console, receives emergency calls, and provides information to the public.
2.Responds to all hospital emergencies (such as firebells, code-blues, house-staffs, abductions.) by notifying appropriate personnel and monitoring progress, following established protocols.

3.Pages/calls physicians and other Hospital personnel as appropriate and as prescribed by established protocols.
4.Channels incoming and outgoing telephone calls; provides patient room numbers and direct phone numbers to callers as requested.
5.Expedites calls by using speed dialing, beepers or voice paging as required.

6.Receives programs and monitors the assignment of cell phones and pagers.
7.Receives complaints of telephone and pager equipment failures and troubleshoots problems. Informs vendor of repairs needed; maintains a log of these occurrences.
8.Updates telephone directories as necessary in order to maintain complete and accurate listings.
9.Orders office supplies; maintain office equipment.
10.Performs other duties as directed by Supervisor
Minimum Diploma in secretarial studies, management, social sciences or related field from recognized institution.
Experience 7 years
Excellent in speaking English and kiswahili.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
Proficient in computer skills.
