Children in Crossfire is an Irish-based, Tanzania-registered international NGO whose purpose is to respond to the rights and needs of young children caught in the crossfire of global poverty and injustice. Children in Crossfire Tanzania focuses on early childhood development, more specifically working in partnership with local civil society agents to ensure that schools, families, communities and the government provide appropriate environment and opportunities for young children to experience quality early stimulation, interaction and learning opportunities from a young age that best prepare them for achieving their potential as they grow up.

Children in Crossfire is heading into an exciting new strategic phase whereby through a combination of programmes implementation and advocacy an partnerships, Children in Crossfire will contribute to thousands more young children in Tanzania being supported to thrive during their crucial early years. We are now recruiting for the following position.
Finance and Administration Coordinator - Lead responsibility for the financial and administrative needs of the Children in Crossfire Tanzania Country office. Reporting directly to the Country Director, with functional reporting to the Finance Manager at Head Office in Ireland, this role supports in-country staff by providing financial transparency, capacity and administrative support for the country programme and its work with partners.
