We are currently seeking a Counseling Office Administrative Assistant to provide high quality reception and Administrative support.
We welcome applications from Tanzanian nationals only.

Summary of the Role

The Counseling Office Administrative Assistant will work under the supervision of the Head of the Counseling Department. The Administrative assistant is responsible for providing reception and administrative support offered by the Secondary Counseling Department to students, staff and parents.

Qualifications and experience
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in office administrative duties and responsibilities.

Essential Skills and competencies
• The ability to work and engage with diverse
• The ability to work independently including using their own initiative when problem solving.
• The ability to organize, prioritize and manage workload.
• To have a friendly and welcoming manner in support of the school's customer service approach.
• High fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability and willingness to learn and apply relevant IT applications quickly.
