LGV Real Estate Consultants is one of the leading company in Tanzania which offers moving/relocation services and a number of property based services that include house/land sales, lettings, property investments, residential developments, home search and tenants’ management; and property management.

SALES EXECUTIVES INTERNS (3 POSTS, DAR ES SALAAM)

Duties and responsibility

Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospective customers.
Selling services by establishing contacts and developing relationship with prospective customers.
Negotiate the terms of agreement & close sales.
Maintaining relationship with clients/customers by providing support, information & guidance, researching & recommending new opportunities.
Identifying services improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
Represent the company in exhibitions, events & demonstrations where necessary.
Ability to meet targets
Review your own sales performance.
Personal Requirements:

Good oral and written communication skills.
Good organization skills.
Strong computer and Internet skills.
Flexibility.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as
well as outside clients and vendors.
Sensitive to confidential matters.
Ability to adhere to the company core values
Qualification & Experience

No experience needed.
Minimum education level: certificate
Preferred: Certificate or Diploma in Marketing or related courses.
