Our largest operations are in Tanzania where Mobisol has established a strong sales base as well as a qualified and highly motivated local team of over 180 employees. Mobisol Ltd was established in 2013 to foster and expand our operations within the Tanzanian market and accompany our growth through East Africa.
The Customer Finance department (HQ, CO) is responsible for the receivables risk management (RRM). This includes among others: 1. Assessment of applicants, 2. Customer Work-out, and 3. Portfolio management. This includes the assessment of causes for bad performances of the portfolio (e.g. fault scheme, training deficits). The Customer Finance Support is responsible for precautionary calls to customer.
Mobisol UK Ltd is looking for Customer Finance Support to be based in Arusha Region.

Customer Finance Support is responsible for precautionary calls to customer,
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Executing pre-cautionary calls to remind customers of their payment liabilities
Supporting credit assessment officers during peak times in filling the declaration form with customers on the phone 

Job Requirements: 
Good level of familiarity with typical income, expenditure and cash flow patterns of rural and peri-urban households and micro-enterprises in Tanzania, including farmers, animal breeders, business owners and employees
Agronomic and veterinary knowledge an asset

Skills in customer relationship management (responsible finance principles, service excellence principles, conversation management, claim management)
A working experience of at least one (1) year as a credit Officer in a reputable microfinance Organization.
Computer literacy
Excellent in Kiswahili and English communication skills
