AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXECUTIVE 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose; to achieve maximum sales growth, product penetration and profitability within an assigned market segment by effectively marketing the client’s products.

Minimum Requirements
University degree in any field
Must possess a valid driving license

Job Specification
Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective client portfolio through building long term relationships
Source for business for the clients Bus / Commercial body building center
Establish, maintain and develop business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment and products to generate new business.
Research sources and information for prospective customer development and determine their market potential.
Deal and resolve customer problems and complaints
Keep abreast of product knowledge, market conditions competitor’s activities and trends

Competencies
Should be competent in B to C sales especially in busses
Results oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment
Demonstrable aptitude for customer focus
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be flexible, proactive and should be able to represent the client’s brand
Should be willing to work upcountry
